 JOB DESCRIPTION

What we offer:

·         Full time employment

·         5 working days per week

·         Significant discount in Claire’s merchandise

·         13th month pay

What we are looking for :

·         High school diploma or equivalent required

·         1 to 2 years retail management experience

·         Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills both in Greek and English

·         Basic computer skills

·         Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills

·         Understands the importance of Customer Service

·         Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve

·         Ability to operate POS system

 

Duties & responsibilities

·         Providing world class service and customer support

·         Maximizing store performance

·         Supervising, training and motivating the Claire’s team

·         Monthly and daily planning of staff timetables

·         Maintaining store image – vm, cleanliness

·         Handling product stock – ordering & replenishment
